Businesses. Register with your company details, we check and approve the account, and then you can book Shipments straight away. You can check prices without registering.
How is the price calculated?
It starts from the UPS list price for the service, weight and size. Your company discount is taken off the transport charge, which already includes fuel and other UPS surcharges; extras such as a signature are not discounted. You see the price before booking, excluding VAT.
How do I pay?
After you ship. We issue an invoice for your Shipments and you pay it by bank transfer. All invoices and their status are in the portal.
When does UPS collect the parcel?
You choose the collection date when booking. If you book on a working day before 15:00, the earliest date is the same day; otherwise the next working day. The UPS driver picks the parcel up at your address.
Do I print the label myself?
Yes. After booking you download the UPS label for each package in the portal, print it and attach it to the box. An ordinary printer is enough.
What about customs outside the EU?
The portal prepares the Commercial Invoice from the goods and values you enter. Print it and send it with the parcel. Duties and taxes in the destination country are usually paid by the receiver.
How do I track a Shipment?
The status in the portal updates automatically from UPS: collected, in transit, delivered, with proof of delivery. If you like, UPS also e-mails the receiver about the shipment and its delivery.
Can I cancel a Shipment?
Yes, as long as UPS has not collected it. Cancel it in the portal and the labels are voided with UPS.
What can't I send?
UPS rules on prohibited and dangerous goods apply to every Shipment, for example cash, weapons and hazardous substances. If you are unsure, write to us before booking.
